You can redeem rewards once you reach 500 points. Visit the Rewards Store to choose from gift cards and (coming soon) restaurant offers.
To keep things fair, points are capped at 2,000 per month. Our system may adjust points if activity appears automated or violates our quality rules.

We reward feedback that’s honest, constructive, and genuinely helpful. Our AI reviews submissions to ensure they’re meaningful — not rushed or repetitive.
We’re not looking for perfection. We’re looking for sincerity.
Our system looks for feedback that is:
- Specific and descriptive
- Constructive (even if critical)
- Unique to that experience
- At least a few thoughtful sentences
Feedback may not qualify if it is:
- Extremely short ("great place")
- Repetitive across multiple businesses
- Generic or insincere
- Gibberish or spam
