Official Rules – Twocents July 2025 Sweepstakes

1. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Twocents Corporation, PO BOX, 551 Valley Rd #203, Montclair, NJ 07043 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Twocents July 2025 Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of New Jersey who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Twocents Corporation and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

Only new Twocents accounts created during the Sweepstakes Period are eligible. Limit one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts created by the same individual will result in disqualification.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 30, 2025, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on July 31, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

4. How to Enter

You may enter the Sweepstakes in one of two ways:

a) Platform Entry:

During the Sweepstakes Period, you must:

• • • Visit the Twocents website or app and create a new user account, and
    • Leave at least one piece of feedback for any business located in the state of New Jersey.
      

Your feedback must be genuine, constructive, and helpful. Submissions that are deemed spammy, insincere, irrelevant, or contain generic phrases (e.g., “great spot,” “love it”) without meaningful content may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All feedback must comply with Twocents’ Terms of Use and Community Guidelines.

b) Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE):

To enter without creating an account or leaving feedback, you may email your full name, age, and New Jersey residential address to: hello@twocents.io with the subject line “Sweepstakes Entry.” Email entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on July 31, 2025.

Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries by the same person (including multiple emails or accounts) will result in disqualification.

5. Selection of Winners

At the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor will randomly select three (3) eligible winners from all valid entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Potential winners will be notified via the email address associated with their account (or provided through AMOE) within five (5) business days of the drawing. Each potential winner must respond to the notification within seven (7) days to claim the prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Prizes

Each of the three (3) winners will receive a $500 gift card to a restaurant of their choice located in the state of New Jersey. The selected restaurant must offer gift cards and be legally operating at the time of selection. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of all prizes: $1,500.

No substitution, exchange, or transfer of prizes will be allowed, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards or for any fees or conditions associated with their use.

7. Conditions of Participation

By entering, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

8. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for: (1) technical failures of any kind; (2) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process; (3) late, lost, or undeliverable entries; or (4) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries.

9. Privacy

Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes is subject to the Twocents Privacy Policy: twocents.io/privacy (link to be updated as needed).

10. Winner List

For the names of the winners, send a request by email to hello@twocents.io with the subject line “July 2025 Sweepstakes Winners” after August 10, 2025.
