Hear suggestions from your customers, privately

Twocents is a new service that encourages customers to give their suggestions for improvement or critical feedback directly and privately to local businesses – rather than posting it online.

We're on a mission to help local businesses. We’re giving Montclair businesses access to their private feedback dashboards for free. Contact us below to give Twocents a test drive.

Customers are invited via QR code prompts to submit their suggestions for improvement or critical feedback directly to you – not the Internet. (QR prompts are tastefully presented on high-end table placards, window stickers, or paper cards dropped into takeout.)

Customers who want to share positive feedback are routed to Google and Yelp to post publicly, improving your online rating.

Feedback is sent directly to your private dashboard

A note from Tom and Drew, our local founders

“We're on a mission to bring customers and businesses closer together. Twocents delivers valuable customer suggestions and any critical feedback directly to businesses — privately, not publicly — helping customers feel heard and businesses improve.”
